Online Entertainment Sources Going Strong
Thursday 10th January 2008 Figures from the USA released this week show a large growth in the use of online video sharing sites which commentators are putting down to the current writers strike in the states.
The study by Pew Internet Project and American firm has shown that popular sites such as YouTube have doubled their audience over 2007 with a large growth occurring in November and December.
The growth at the end of the year can be put directly down to the striking writers as viewers searched for alternative viewing online.
The trend of online viewing is set to continue in 2008 as individuals continue to post their offering on the web.
