Poor After sales
They were the cheapest for a reason! They have bad customer care and to change the address on the policy took 4 weeks of phone calls and then wanted to charge over £40 for it. To change the policy over to a lower insurance group car they wanted to charge a further £120 for the remaining 2 months of the policy. The policy only cost £160 for the year!!! Now i have move to another insurance company, 'Performance direct' who have bee great, but i am still waiting for my proof of no claims from its4me...(NO IT'S NOT).

With one driving offence to my name, they were unable to quote. Easy enough to navigate around website, but I was wasting my time.
