I was unable to get a quote online due to the fact that the model of my vehicle was not on the system. As a result I spent time typing in my details and answering questions only to get so far then have to repeat them all to a person who I had difficulty understanding on the telephone!
Ater a lengthy process that I had already gone through online I was not even 'quoted happy' and in fact was not even told the amount the quote was coming out as.
