Disputes
I am currently in dispute with budget over my NCD. I phoned them in December 2005 as I had been cleared of any blame in an accident in March 2005, yet when renewal came round in October 2005, I had been docked 3 years NCD. I have a 19 year accident free, points free license/driving record. 6 years NCD is what I should have now. Budegt are saying I have 3. Theire customer support is always available, but a different story and nobody really cares or wants to get involved in resolving my issue. I have had to resort now to letters and seeking legal action. Very good price for insurance, but once they've got your money...... If my issue ins't resolved before end Jan, I wont be a Budget customer at next renewal.

why can you not insure in northern ireland it is not a high risk area for car theft as thought in the uk.
