dont be too quick to trust
i have known several banks(over10) thru past business& personal crisis,, I suggest borrowers beware, this bank is not so user friendly. Why would a friendly bank need to hide behind ing and capital one??,, the word shangai !! springs to mind!,, based on factual experience
