I applied over the phone and got accepted for 0% balance transfer. After I signed agreement I found out they had sent me wrong one - for 10.9% balance transfer. They did not ring me back as promised. Eventually I was told that they could do nothing and I would have to apply again to get 0%. Also they said I had applied online. I actually applied over phone, so where did that come from? I told them to forget it and I would go else where. they cost me £150 in extra interest from my previous card.
