ran into health probs,mtg difficulties,,wrote evry month for 16 months, occasionally letters were listed on file,, only respond to tel calls, no flexibillity, even on a dead cert, finally settled in full, couldnt even get final statement, because it wasnt ordered a week before settlement was made !!, really some system,, they need to listen to the ABBEY or HALIFAX, those two are 100% banks to deal with,, give barclays and woolwich a wide birth
