I think that generally, the competitive prices are really good and the cover is just as good as any other main-stream insurance company.
Unfortunately, their customer service standards are attrocious. As I've recently been struggling financially, i missed a payment and they're just not interested in the customers. elephant.co.uk basically attract you in with their prices and 'talk-up' their customer service, but in reality, their customer service standards are the worst I've ever had to deal with

Will not be renewing with elephant , as it's too expensive in comparison to competitors and the incorrect renewal documents were sent to me . (The documents sent related to a car I sold in March ) .
