Money spent here is money wasted
Having your Car stolen is unpleasant enough without your Insurance company being rude, unhelpful, unsympathetic, and accusatory.

Four Months from the car being recovered by the police to the Insurance company releasing it for repair, and then to a Garage that they said they wouldn't use, and when it became available to drive again, the garage hadn't fixed the problems, and had created new ones. The Insurance company were completely unhelpful and continued to lie and withhold information fro us.
