Great Customer Service
I've had some problems with retailers who do cashback - Mobileshop's customer service were really good, and I actually got through to them within about 20 secs of ringing (which is strange when dealing with call centres) and they confirmed the cashback process - it's really good with the vouchers, and they even told me when I would get my cashback.
Oh, and the phone isn't bad either.
There are some cheaper providers out there, but to be honest I don't always trust some of the smaller people to be around when I come to get my cashback.
