read the small print!!!
I recently lost my mobile phone - after virtually accusing me of losing it deliberately, Endsleigh eventually sent me another. Unfortunately, some months later I lost that one too, put in a claim only to find that Endsleigh wouldn,t allow it because I was supposed to ring them to renew my phone insurance because they had sent me a replacement!!!!!!!!!!!! Have you ever heard of anything like that before??? I hadn,t - seems to me they just wanted to get out of replacing my phone again - i,m taking this up with the Insurance Ombudsman Service!!!!
