On the what offers do you get bit there is something about getting 15% off of a Thomas Cook holiday. Well Virgin don't have much of a clue about this and when you go through to their members help line the person there had to ask their manager about this. Apparently there is a discount if you quote a word to Thomas Cook. I went into Thomas Cook and asked about this and they had no clue what on earth I was talking about. So I think Virgin need to sort out what they are actually talking about in regard to Thomas Cook as hardly anyone at Virgin and nobody I've spoken to at Thomas Cook know what is going on in regard to the offer!!!!!
