They don't pay I feel off my horse, breaking my camera and my horse needed vetinary treatment. The horse was treated by my vet at the scene and they refused to pay for his call and follow up treatment as I did not get permission from them to treat the horse. A year later and over 30 letters they still refuse to pay anything for my camera. A total waste of time - insure with someone else and save money by not using this underhand, dishonest firm. They may be cheap but customer support and care is nil!

I insured my new £190 camera with E&L for £23.00 online. When my camera was stolen I claimed on the insurance. It turns out that although the excess is 7.5% there is a minimum excess of £150.00. I am expecting to get a cheque for about £17 for a £190 camera
