If you are going on holiday - and most of the popular package destinations are covered - and want to check out what it's really like before you get there then this site is absolutely invaluable. It is organised by country/town/resort/hotel and most reviews give a little detail about each aspect although most of the information is about the resort and hotel. The number of reviews for each resort/hotel means you can usually pick out the ones that most match your own situation (ie a review written by a family is most likely to be of most use to another family) and get a sense of what you can expect. I have used it every time I have booked a holiday and I have never been disappointed. I always submit a review on my return for other travellers as the site is updated and old reviews are eventually taken off. I'd really recommend this site.
