try and claim
Can you believe after 10 years as a policy holder with this, company when the time came to make a claim !!!!!!
It turned out i was not covered. A small fire damaged one of my kitchen unit doors. Unable to match or repair the door, i was offered one new door. It did not matter that it would not match, all the company were prepared to do was replace one door. I have been left totally unimpressed with Barclays insurance. The cost of a door 10 pounds from B@Q with a 50 XS i dont think so.
