Worst thing I ever did...
...was sign up to Talktalk broadband. They promise up to 8mg - I get 1.1, they said it would be £20.99 per month - I have never paid less than £54.00. The customer service is a joke. they cut me off ('phone & broadband) for a week with no warning or explanation and when I asked for a reduction they said "No"
