17 and penalised
I know my son is only 17, but to quote £2700 on a little corsa that he has just bought that is worth £500 is rediculous, he has been riding a moped for 2 years and never had as accident so has some road knowledge and experience, but statisicaly he will crash in the first year of driving but his sister who has never been on the road before whos quote was a third of that wont !!!!!
