Sherpa walking holidays began 34 years ago with a month in Nepal. Destinations now include: Italy, Switzerland, France, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Germany, Norway, Greece, Eastern Europe, Morocco, Tanzania, Patagonia, Peru, Iceland, Turkey and the Himalayas. There are trails to suit all levels of fitness and experience, most being well within the capabilities of the average fit and healthy walker. Go self-guided or join one of our escorted group departures to enjoy the landscapes and the company of fellow travellers. We don’t believe in roughing it and use comfortable hotels, usually with en suite facilities, wherever we can. Baggage is moved to the next night's accommodation, except in some of the more remote destinations. The classic ingredients of a Sherpa holiday are the scenery, a bit of a challenge, and a sense of achievement at the end of the trail.
